A few tips and tricks just to help you look amazing!

      Drink 1 glass of ice cold water every hour, the water will make you feel fuller and the ice coldness of it will make your body burn calories to warm you up.

      Drink 3 cups of green tea a day, it helps your metabolism.

      Take vitamins but not on an empty stomach, they will make you look and feel better.

      Eat ice or gum; this is your food without calories.

      Lots! Of aerobics!

      Spicy food helps your metabolism too.

      Cold showers will help you loose calories trying to warm you back up.

      Toothpaste is a good way to stop you eating since mint plus other food isn’t generally nice tasting.

      Wear an elastic band on your wrist and snap it every time you think about eating.

  Use smaller plates

   Save money that you would of spent on food in a jar and save up for something that benefits you more i.e. clothes!

  Eat celery, eating it burns more calories than the actual calorie count of it.

13) Tidy Tidy Tidy! it will keep you active, help burn calories, and you will instantly see the benefit of it!

14) If you feel demotivated and want to eat, then find some new photo's or thinspo video's to watch.

15) If you want to eat then do some form of exercise for 15 minutes.

16) It really is all in your mind! If you feel hungry do something else!
